The fashionable and exclusive pens are the result of their consolidated working experience in the sector. They have developed their ideas with success, and that, together with their "particolar professionalita", have allowed to realize their exciting project. More than twenty years of innovative designs have reflected the cultural, historical, technological and artistic movements of yesterday and today. As it is impossible to have each and every item on hand for every manufacture for immediate delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks from order date to anticipated delivery time. All componets of Marlen® pens are assembled by hand and checked out by our master craftsmen, who so ensure quality and tradition. Every Marlen® writing instrument is warranted for 3 years against material or working faults. What is excluded by warrant: inks-cartridges and refills which finish with a regular using, all the components like the nib or other ones damaged by accidents, an uncorrected use or tampering. So, in the chance of factory defect, this one will be repaired and/or the not pert part will be entirely substituted, without any additional charge. Please note: all repairs are done by Marlen® in Italy. Please be aware of necessary shipping costs to and from same.
