Lamy®....a brief history:
Lamy® is a producer of fountain pens in Europe. It has a particularly strong presence in its home country of Germany. Josef Lamy founded the business in 1930 by purchasing the Orthos pen manufacturer. Mr. Lamy was once the Parker representative in Germany. Lamy was a pioneer in the use of molded synthetic plastics to make their product. Lamy® Repairs:
Should you have any problem with a Lamy® pen, please refer to your Waranty Policy. You need to send that pen to Lamy® with a check for $7.50 to cover return handling and postage to: Lamy Customer Service 372 Danbury Road, Suite 171 Wilton, CT 06897 1-800-345-6798 www.lamyusa.com

As it is impossible to have each and every item on hand for every manufacture for immediate delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks from order date to anticipated delivery time. Shipping & Handling charges will be based upon [1] order weight, [2] desired shipping method, i.e. Regular US Air Mail, Priority International Air Mail or the like and [3] need for insurance coverage. You will make that decision.
You are, of course, responsible for any Customs/Duty Fees as charged by your home country.
If you do not yet have an account with PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com to get yours OR you may pay via credit card to PayPal. Once PayPal confirms receipt of payment, orders are promptly shipped.
