The Ebonite-Edition is inspired by the classic material used to create luxurious writing instruments during the "Roaring 1920's." Composed of a base of vulcanized rubber, the shaft boasts 11 facetted sides crafted together to form a timeless piece of elegance. This is particularly accentuated through the palladium-plated fittings and its unique and stylish clip which forms a decorative clasp. The fountain pen utilizes a conventional ink converter [will also take standard international ink cartridges] and platinum-plated 14ct gold nib, while the ballpoint pen works with a standard long-lasting ink cartridge.
