United States S&H [includes US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico]. Charges include shipping costs and handling fees. NOT just shipping alone. $4.95 is our MINIMUM S&H charge for an order.

United States Postal Service Delivery Confirmation:
All items sent to you from Passion4Pens.com,Inc are sent with a United States Postal Service Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email from us confirming your shipment and giving you your USPS Delivery Confirmation number. This allows you to track your order. Please note that the postal delivery person does NOT scan your package until he/she attempts to deliver it. You can go to www.usps.com and put your tracking number in the Track and Confirm area on that site [upper right hand corner]. You do NOT need to be present to have your order delivered NOR do you need to sign anything. This is just a very nice way for both of us to track your shipment if there is any concern about it not arriving in the expected time period.

All shipments/orders other than going to the United States need to be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org These orders will need to paid via PayPal due to credit card processor restrictions. If you do not yet have an account with PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com to get yours OR you may pay via credit card to PayPal. Once PayPal confirms receipt of payment, orders are promptly shipped.
Please send your order to us via email: email@example.com. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal.
All orders will then ship once payment is confirmed by PayPal.
We appreciate all the effort our men and women in the Armed Services do on our behalf. We happily take orders from and ship to APO addresses. However, please note the following points:
 An APO address is treated by the USPS as a piece of "international" mail and, therefore, all appropriate international forms must be completed.
 Credit card processors WILL NOT accept orders from computer addresses that are not in the United States. This will automatically be REJECTED.
 You might have someone in the USA order your products for you and put their billing and shipping addresses in to complete the order. Have them PUT YOUR APO ADDRESS in the COMMENT FIELD along with all email contact information.
 Alternately, you can fax us at 1-847-458-6133 [secure fax line] with your order, shipping and charge information. You may also call us with that order at 1-708-337-0472 from 9AM to 5PM CST. We must have Name that appears on the credit card Billing address of that card Card Number Card Expiration Date C V V Code of card Shipping address if different than billing All credit card information is destroyed on that information is accepted by the credit card processor.
 You may also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for alternative payment methods than credit card.
Problem with placing an order?:
Please make sure that your credit card information is entered EXACTLY as on your credit card, including any middle initial on your name, suite number or company name, or the like. If any challenges, please call us at 1-708-337-0472 or contact via email: email@example.com and we will be glad to assist you.
As it is impossible to have each and every item on hand for every manufacture for immediate delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks from order date to anticipated delivery time. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you order to discuss any questions or concerns. Items available for same day processing and next day shipping are so noted. If you are NOT SURE of an item, please call me at 1-708-337-0472 to discuss your needs and questions before you make a purchase that will cost all parties involved both time and money. Remember, items in stock are clearly marked as IN STOCK and in what quantity. Items NOT IN STOCK are marked as "special order items" and will take some time to get in. If you do not want to wait for a "special order item" do NOT check out and pay for it. You are the one putting through your charge, not Passion4Pens.com,Inc. Not sure about the status of an item? Order Addressing/Shipping Address:
It will be presumed that you will be giving us a valid shipping address that should include a company or corporation name when and where appropriate. Most items are being sent Delivery Confirmation Number via USPS and this adds to the likelihood of your order reaching you in the fastest time. Please note that if you present an address that can not be validated by our shipping software that is directly connected to the US Postal Service, then that order shall be shipped to your billing address if validated. If neither can be validated, your order will be delayed until we contact you and a valid address is given. Should you provide an incomplete address and that order is returned or necessitates a replacement order be sent, an additional S&H charge will be incurred. We will presume that all orders are received within TWO weeks of the confirmation email you have been sent from firstname.lastname@example.org containing shipping and tracking information.
For all products that are noted to be "on hand", those items are usually shipped the next business day. Schneider Topball 850 is generally on hand and is shipped the next business day. Some items, as they are special order, may take two to three weeks to reach you. These items are noted on their specific web page.
Should you need to return an item for any reason other than receiving an item in error, please note the following:
 ALL returns must be done within the first two weeks of purchase. Items may not be returned after that time period.
 You need to contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us what item[s] you are returning and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization/RMA number.
 All manufacturers charge us a re-stocking fee of 15% at the minimum.
 All returns will have 15% of the purchase price deducted, reflecting the above re-stocking fee. Returned fountain pens will have 25% of the purchase price deducted due to refurbishing costs.
 All returned items must be in a condition that will allow re-sale and must not be used.
 All refunds will be by check.
 Shipping charges are not refundable.
 Items returned without an RMA will not be credited to you until you are contacted and an explanation is received. P
Please note that if you feel your SCHNEIDER product is defective in any way, Passion4Pens.com will be happy to send a replacement out to you. However, in order for us to receive appropriate credit from Schneider and for them to have an opportunity to do a quality control evaluation on the item in question, that "defective product" must be sent back to us in order for a replacement to be sent back to you.
Should you feel that you have a problem with ANY OTHER refill, you must return that defective/problem refill to us for  credit or  exchange. These defective items must be returned to the manufacturer in order for us to receive appropriate credit and for them to improve their quality control. Should the particular refill that you return be no longer available, you will have the option of exchanging for a replacement of equal value or receive a refund for that item.
Duplicate Credit Charges
If you find that your account has been charged twice, please advise us at email@example.com with  name on the credit card,  type of card, and  transaction date. Any duplicate charge is due to you hitting the "SUBMIT" button more than once. NO charge can be placed into your account by Passion4Pens.com,Inc. via the internet. We have NO access to your full credit card information. You are responsible for this and we can readily take care of any duplicate charges. We'll be happy to take care of any duplicate charge caused by this type of submission error.
Credit Card Purchase Protection:
In order to protect all parties involved, there may be situations that will require that we personally contact you to confirm that you are in fact the one who made a particular purchase. We may request that you provide us with a signed authorization confirming a specific purchase. We reserve the right to not honor any suspicious purchase until full authorization is confirmed in order to reduce both fraudulent activity and order cancellations. We shall pursue any and all fraudulent purchases to the full extent of the law and will report any suspicious activity to both the named credit card institution and to the appropriate law enforcement agency or agencies. Best Time to Call for Inquiries or Phone Orders:
We are an internet only based retailer. Please limit your phone calls to customary business hours of 9AM to 6PM CST. Our phone number is 1-708-337-0472. Feel free to email @ firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and/or fax 1-847-843-6133 at anytime. If you wish to order by phone, please be prepared to send your shipping and billing information as well as phone and email information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to increase the accuracy of your order and decrease errors on our part. No credit card information that is given to us over the phone is kept on any file.
Credit Card Charge Credit:
Due to a change in our credit card processors administration/handling of charges, the only way that a charge credit may be given is to have your full credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. This information is not available to us. So, if you wish to have your card credited, please be aware that we will be calling you for that information. Without it, a credit can not be given. Our usual method of providing credit will be via a refund check sent directly to you. We hope that this will not/is not an inconvenience for you, but for all of our protection appears to be the best way to issue a refund/credit.
Post Sale Support:
Passion4Pens.com,Inc. does not feel that our support of you ends with the sale! Should you have any question about the product you ordered or ones that you would like to order feel free to call at 1-708-337-0472 from 9AM to 6PM CST or email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll be happy to answer any question[s] that I can. I especially like to assist you in finding that hard-to-find refill for your favorite pen. I am always ready, willing and able to try to fit your pen with the appropriate refill[s] that are carried on the website. Should you ever wish to send your pen in to check out available refills, please feel free to do so and your pen, along with refill recommendations, will be sent back to you both at no charge or obligation. Rember that your pen may carry a manufacturers warantee. We do not repair pens and request that if you are having any technical difficuly with your pen that you return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. What is a "convertible rollerball pen"?
The term "convertible rollerball pen" indicates that this particular pen will take any refill that is configured like a "parker-style" ballpoint refill. This configuration may take ballpoint, gel or rollerball ink. Examples are many of the "convertible rollerball pens" offered by MonteVerde®. Remember that ANY pen that takes a "parker-style" ballpoint refill configuration will take a similar configured gel or rollerball ink refill. Look for refills such as MonteVerde® SoftRoll® fits Parker®, MonteVerde®Capless Ceramic Gel fits Parker®, Schneider® Express 735 ballpoint refills, Schmidt® SuperBowl RB refills and Schmidt®9000 Easy Flow, to mention a few.
Where do I go to have my pen[s] repaired?
Passion4Pens.com,Inc. will be happy to supply you with the manufacturers' addresses should any repair need to be done to any pen purchased from us or from another source. Please note that we do not do pen repairs so do not send us pens for repair as they will be promptly returned to you. Please see out "Repair & Warranty" page for specifics.
