Should you need to return an item for any reason other than receiving an item in error, please note the following:
 ALL returns must be done within the first two weeks of purchase. Items may not be returned after that time period. Ink bottles, ink cartridges, pen refills of all kinds that are open/used are NOT returnable. See #6 below.
 You need to contact us at email@example.com or 1-708-337-0472to tell us what item[s] you are returning and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization/RMA number.
 All manufacturers charge us a re-stocking fee of 15% at the minimum.
 All returns will have 15% of the purchase price deducted, reflecting the above re-stocking fee. Returned fountain pens will have 25% of the purchase price deducted due to refurbishing costs.
 All returned items must be in a condition that will allow re-sale and must not be used. If they are used or damaged in any fashion, a refund may not be given either in full or in part.
 All refunds will be by check.
 Shipping & handling/S&H charges are not refundable. [Items returned without an RMA will not be credited to you until you are contacted and an explanation is received.]
Please note that if you feel your SCHNEIDER product is defective in any way, Passion4Pens.com will be happy to send a replacement out to you. However, in order for us to receive appropriate credit from Schneider and for them to have an opportunity to do a quality control evaluation on the item in question, that "defective product" must be sent back to us in order for a replacement to be sent back to you.
Should you feel that you have a problem with ANY OTHER refill, you must return that defective/problem refill to us for  credit or  exchange. These defective items must be returned to the manufacturer in order for us to receive appropriate credit and for them to improve their quality control. Should the particular refill that you return be no longer available, you will have the option of exchanging for a replacement of equal value or receive a refund for that item.
Charge Card Credits/Refunds:
Due to a change in our credit card processors administration/handling of charges, the only way that a charge credit may be given is to have your full credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. This information is not available to us. So, if you wish to have your card credited, please be aware that we will be calling you for that information. Without it, a credit can not be given. Our usual method of providing credit will be via a refund check sent directly to you. We hope that this will not/is not an inconvenience for you, but for all of our protection appears to be the best way to issue a refund/credit.
